Choosing to work with us – commit on the day and we will check your mobility there and then, as well as discussing your current baseline strength and general physical preparedness.

Every week you’ll receive workouts that thoughtfully progress towards your goals and for self-driven session we check your videos and feedback throughout the week.

Your coach works with you and your individual background to create a path to your goals. Some want to change their body composition, others want to compete in a local event or change sport all together, while others just want to feel good training and get one un-assisted pull up.
Whatever your target is, we will design a plan for you to nail it!
We work around your schedule!
The training program developed by your coach is done so with your availability in mind. There will be as many (or as few) workouts as you need. If your schedule changes in the future, so too will your training program.
Our coaches have years of experience guiding clients on sustainable ways to fuel their training. Nutrition will be discussed throughout and prescribed specifically on your goals and build. Your coach will provide you with all the knowledge you need and assist in forming good habits to make correct nourishment part of your everyday routine.
Injuries can happen to anyone and there’s almost ALWAYS a way to keep moving safely. Be it long term nagging injuries or more intense short-term ailments, we will guide you to keep progressing in the areas you can while assist the healing process where it is needed.
Improved healing occurs when the affected area is stimulated without causing additional damage. Our coaches ensure you get the right stimulus, modifying your workouts, so you don’t have to guess.
We work with you face to face and communicate regularly throughout the week to guarantee all short-term goals are met.
To ensure your in-person sessions are efficient and fruitful you can book time to discuss issues with your coach outside of training sessions. Self-driven workout results are frequently monitored and any questions that come up will be answered.
Feedback is always welcome and the more information you give after your sessions, the more we will be able to adjust and fine tune your program.
We will also consider lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, mood and mental health when gauging your session intensities.
To ensure you are loving the LEO experience; A 30-min zoom call is available to dive deeper into any program specifics / feedback you wish to discuss.
Our coaches are committed to forming deep and lasting relationships with you. The minimum commitment to work with a coach is 3 months, though typically clients will stay on much longer. We are ready to meet your needs, are you ready to evolve?

House Rules
Arrive 15min EARLY to ensure a good warm-up and effective use of your 1h session.
Coaches may still deduct credits if a session is cancelled within 24h.
Direct debit credits are to be booked as purchased i.e. on the 4 DD plan you should be booking a minimum of one session per week. Credits do not roll over. They stay on account for one month. After this, they are automatically removed from the system. Make sure you get your sessions in every month!
Block purchases are booked in the same way as direct debits, they are to be booked as purchased i.e. a block of 12 should be used by booking three personal training sessions per week. Credits will expire if not used in time. Regular sessions are fundamental to everyone’s success, yours, your coach’s and the studios. Commit to your goals!
