    I have been following Neil’s programme at LEO for 4 months now and I must say the results have been amazing. Neil has obviously gone in to a huge amount of detail to put it together and my fitness has improved beyond my expectations. Each session is different and challenges different parts of the body and you feel like you’ve had a really good workout by the end. I have lost 4 kilos since starting and the weights I can lift have increased which was one of the principal reasons for me getting on the programme – to build up my strength.

    Neil is very good at finding different ways to complete an exercise if you are struggling and the level of equipment in the gym is second to none. With the small class sizes, he is also always on hand to encourage, give advice and everyone gets on really well. I would recommend giving LEO a try, you will not regret it!

  • I HATE exercising! I have NEVER experienced the endo high that comes from exercising.

    I recently retired and part of my retirement plan was to look after myself – exercise more, eat healthily and become more zen. I told my hairdresser – Richard @the_hidden_salon – of my resolution. Richard told me of Leo’s gym in Orpington and the ‘6-week challenge’. Suffice it to say that Neil – the ultimate salesman – convinced me to join his torture chamber.

    I have now dutifully attended his S + C Pinnacle Group Training Sessions for the past 4 weeks. I still hate exercising, but somehow never miss a session. I push myself to the limit each session, have met amazing people in the process and somehow may have actually experienced the elusive endorphin rush that comes with exercise.
