About Megan
When I first started training I had NO IDEA what I was doing.Â
I was overweight and felt uncomfortable in my skin. I wanted to make a change but felt completely lost as to how!
The fitness industry can be a confusing place! I spent hours on the treadmill, avoided any form of weight training and I feared food. I thought endless restriction was the answer to fat loss and ‘toning’ up my body. I ended up taking it TOO far and the behaviors I developed were so restrictive they began to strangle my health.
BUT, let me tell you something… It does NOT have to be like this and I’m going to show you the right way!
After studying Sport and Exercise Medical Science at King’s College, London, I shadowed nutrition coaches at Tottenham Hotspur Academy. I completed my L2/L3 Personal Training qualification and delved into further Nutrition courses. I am confident that you can TAKE CONTROL of your fitness in the right way.Â
I am here to support you in EVERY aspect of your fitness. My mission is to help others avoid the many YEARS I wasted on fad diets, exercising without purpose and hating the process.Â

Megan is honestly the strongest and most powerful woman I know. She is the QUEEN of support and pushing you to work harder and go past your own limits. I’ve trained alongside Megan in real life PT sessions as well as through online muscle building programmes and diet plans. You can see how much she knows and how it all works.
