WHY LEO

Lift each other is not just a gym to me it is a community built on genuinely improving people’s lives, physically, mentally and socially. Being part of a space that creates real lasting change for so many people is what truly lights a fire inside me. I want the gym to become a powerful asset in people’s day to day life giving them strength, confidence, and belief to face any challenge head on!

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME A PT

I want to inspire and positively transform as many live as possible. Training has been a huge part of my life for the past 11 years and I grew up immersed in every sport I could get involved in.

Exercise has given me so much more than physical strength – it has built confidence, discipline and resilience. I want to help others experience those same life changing benefits, from achieving personal bests in the gym to building healthier, happier relationships with the people around them!

WHAT ARE YOUR CAREAR GOALS

My goal is to educate and support as many individuals as possible helping them build confidence both inside and outside of the gym. My aim is to create a positive and inclusive training environment where people feel empowered to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

WHAT DO YOU SPECIALISE IN

I specialise in strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting and hybrid training making strength accessible, safe and enjoyable.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE LEO STUDIO

My favourite thing is the community, every single person who is a part of LEO genuinely cares about one another and wants each other to succeed in whatever they set out to do.

Also, the quality of the facility really is unbelievable; Neil has thought of everything and catered to everyone’s needs regardless of your training goals.
